Found a diesel fantail on vacation!!!

Hey! You diesel heads! I am up in VA from NC visiting with my wife's folks. Just found a diesel fantail! 1967 200D 4cylinder with 4 speed manual on the floor. Car is all original and interrior is exceptional. It presently sits at Rixeyville Rd. on Hwy 229 outside of Culpepper VA. It is white with tan interrior. No rips, no tears. trunk clean. Body very good. ODO said 70k. Has 200km mileage award on grill and 250km award on grill. Dale at phone 540-825-2556 is selling for friend of his. This guy selling for friend has no clue about this car. 2nd owner is RC Pullen cell phone 540-229-0511. Friend said it was owned by a little old lady who kept it garaged and then his friend wants to sell it. He said $5000, but when I told him he was crazy and that I only gave $3000 for an 1982 300sd he said, "what will you give me?" Need a carfax. Vin #110.110-10-352201

What's this car really worth?

Friend selling it said he thought mileage was original but I told him mileage awards on grill told me otherwise. That it was more like 270,000 miles. Runs great. Starts in cold weather.

I had a 1967 230 (gasser) back in the late 1970s. I bought it for $1,000 and it was fun to drive. However, either the steel or the paint was really crappy because it had rust everywhere. Be really careful to check the areas behind the headlights and also the rocker panels.

have video

Hey, I went by this morning and the car started without a hesitation. The car has little rust. floor pans and the trunk were very good. Interrior is immaculate. No rust under battery. This car was cared for. I am not personally interested, but once I get the film in my camera developed tomorrow, I will scan pics and post here. I have digital video I need to figure out how to upload of the car and it running! Great little classic car. I just wanted it to have a good home.
