Great Suv
now that is something I would trade in my SD for.
If I had two SD's, I would trade them in for that. The great thing about that G-wagon is that it has less electical mumbo-jumbo. Roll down windows, and seats. Awsome veichle. I have seen a Russian SUV with a MB 4cyl diesel. The man who swapped the engine also swapped the grill. LOL, MB grill on a Russian SUV. The positive things of the Russian SUV, is the mear strength of the whole body. those puppies were used in the army. Unfortunately the engines were just dreadful. |

Can somebody interpret the VIN and see if it's really an '86? I thought production of the 617 ended with the W123 in '85. I know I've seen a 300GD with a 603 under the hood in person, and I seem to remember it was an '86.
