Nice looking red one, close to home too, how about putting a turbodiesel engine in it?
Nawwww, my wife would surely object!

A 123 gasser is a pretty unusual specimen but it wouldn't stop me from trying to stuff in a 603 connected to 5-speed.

FWIW, I was fiddling with the 603 the other night and discovered that, as opposed to the 617, the 603's IP appears to be governed over the entire RPM range. If so, that would be a sweet, easy to use ride with a manual bolted on.
