1982 300TD

this plug was found drivers side behind windshield washer tank. I can't find it's receptacle. It's the same kinda plug used for the turn signals and power antenna.

also is a picture of the inner fender. there is nothing mounted BUT should there be?

Sorry, the picture is a little off. square plug with three prongs.

any ideas?

But, being a TD, and if they have a rear wiper, might it be, or had been for, a second washer pump?

Looks like the plug that goes to the Hirschmann antenna.
(edit) the w/s wiper for the TD is located on the passenger side, rear)
maybe the turn signal unit? Is yours working?

come to think of it, it does look similar to the turn signal and antenna plugs.

Both washers and antenna work. But that antenna is in the back on my wagon

Last I checked the turn signals all worked. I'll check again.

Try turning off your auto focus for closeups if you can manual focus on your camera.
