trans front pump seal leak repair
Hey everyone. I was installing new motor mounts and noticed that my trans is starting to leak at ether the torque convertor to pump seal and/or the pump to trans housing o-ring. After cussing quite a bit, I started making a list of stuff that I will need. I have access to a lift for doing this job so it will make doing this less of a PITA. I am ordering the torque convertor to pump seal, the o-ring around the pump (to the trans housing), and the pump to trans housing gasket. I am also getting the seal rings for the cooler line banjo bolts. I did this job on my '79 several years ago, but can't remember all the details. I am sure this will remind me once I am ass deep in this trans. The question is, am I forgetting anything? This is a '85 300D "federal" by the way. Thank you for any help.

Be sure to mark your driveshaft so you can put it back in the same orientation... might be a good time to replace the flex deals at that time.... and be sure that any changes posted by MB in their TSB's are applied ( concerning soft/hard flex discs combos , upgrades, etc )
