I cannot find my manual on the 722.120 (old 4-bolt square pan '78 300SD) transmission and I'm at a loss to recall the band adjustment specifications on this model.

The ATSG manuals are about $13 when I buy them, maybe it'd be worth rebuying? I lost the one for the GM 4L80E and purchased it again.

I have the ATSG manual for the 722.1xx. Unfortunately , it does NOT list the 722.120 specs as it appears to have been written earlier than those came out. It's OK for general purposes, but there aren't any specific .120 data points in it. If you want to pick another .1xx tranny that you think might be the same, I'll glady look it up for you.
