Thumbs up W123 and W126 GP Relay the same?

I think my glow plug relay is about to take a dump on me here (dash light comes on later and kicks off sooner than normal) and want to get a backup ASAP.

I've seen many 123 GP relays used but very few, 126 ones.

Anyone know if the 126 ones are the same as the 123 ones?

They are the same.

Before you dump yours, open it up (four screws) and clean the contact in there. - see if that helps you any.

Actually....lol.. I think I used one of them fancy nail-files the ladies use to do their fancy nails with. Other than that, 220 ought to do just fine.

I replaced my fully functional one with the new style Bosch one that glows longer and glows 3 mins after you start the car, makes quite a difference in cold weather idling, and idling in general, its super smooth like the newer cars are. I do have the original MB OEM relay sitting in a cupboard in the garage, anyone want it for some $$? Otherwise I'll just keep it as a spare, it looked probably not even a few years old when I took it out.

Emery boards I think is the tech name...

That's the extended GP relay... how do you like that? I still need to adjust my Rock Dampner Bolt here too
