Overseas shipping is no problem at all - when the buyer never pays!

Sort of weird, too, that the buyer had several purchases (some for entire cars) before the string of negative feedback. I'm more accustomed to seeing a new ID established that wins a bunch of auctions in short order but never pays for any of them - sort of a joyride bidder. I wonder what happened here?

Also note that, due to privacy laws in Germany, eBay won't allow searches of what this ID has bid on, so we can only see the transactions for which feedback has been left. There could be a pile of others. Some sellers won't leave a neg, figuring that the retaliatory neg they might receive in return would hurt them more than the neg they left for the buyer would hurt the buyer. I figure it's more important in general to go through the unpaid item process, as this is what gives the non-paying bidder an unpaid item "strike". Enough of those, and he's history.
