1982 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

My engine surges whenever I shift to park or neutral.I have tried diesel additives to no avail.Thank you for any assistance with problem.Sincerely,Daniel

Daniel,

Try over on the Diesel Discussion. There are many diesel experts over there that will help you. Your problem may be the "rack damper bolt", but someone will correct me if I am wrong or will expound on the subject if I am right. You may also want to elaborate a little more on your description of the problem.
