a "duh" question...
excuse my ignorance...what is an "indie" mechanic, and also what does "PO" stand for?

indie = independent mechanic (not a franchised dealer mechanic)
PO = previous owner

An "indie" is an independent (not a dealer) Mercedes mechanic.
A PO is the "previous owner" A PPI is usually a "pre-purchase inspection" And I am a relative newbie, myself, so don't worry about asking questions! george d |

You can usually tell an 'indie' shop cause it smells like curry. Oh no, I'm sorry. That is an Indian mechanic's shop. I always get the two confused.
