Need help stopping power steering leak on rebuilt pump
I recently rebuilt my Powersteering pump and it has started leaking fluid from the rear of the pump. The old one was leaking from the front seal. I know that rear door is held on by a snap ring which is tight and the spring inside holds pressure on the door against the snap ring. There is no rubber seal there. How do I get this leak to stop?
Has anyone had the same problem. I replaced both O rings inside the pump and the front seal. 1982 300sd.
