Sounds like the running of the bulls in CA. They pay off the cops and run 130 or so miles up the CA coast.

MBCA should do something like that, we could run in a more empty state such as PA, or NH.

Won't work in most liberal states.....PA apparently gets 100% of its funding via tickets issued............why else does their entire police force have nothing better to do than find reasons to cite people and write tickkets.

PS......I grew up there, that was amoung the reasons I left.

My former employer took his twin turbo Diablo SV on that run last year....and it's still unregistered. Goes to show that you can do what you want when you have enough money.

Yep if you have the money the speed limits are pointless. If I had a Diablo SV I sure wouldn't be cruising at 70 in the center lane. Thats like just above idle, probably to slow to even use 5th gear.

I never got to use 5th gear when I drove it around town although with 800hp I think 5th would be fine at 70mph with that booming V12 I got a TON of stares. Very weird feeling.

For comparison to our MB's, Beverly Hills Lamborghini charged $2600 to have some bolts and relays replaced and to figure out why the airbag light stayed on!

Lambo's probably cost about what a boat costs to keep going. Any idea what a 30k mile service runs? $10k+?

The point is to be seen in one! By very hot girls, you should be able to pick up a nice seat cover in under an hour.
