W123 wood trim ?

Yesterday at the bone yard I came across something I have never seen before. It was a w123 with burl wood trim on the dash, center consul and AC panel. The car was a coupe the wood was in good shape I was wondering if this would fit a w123 sedan. I was also wondering if this was an original option or after market. While I would love to eBay it I could surly use the money reality is if it fits the sedan my son will make me install it in his 1985 300d NA. I came across this at closing time so I did not have time to compare it to the wood in a sedan and it is 90 minute drive back there so I was hoping some one here knew if it would work. My son likes different cars he never owns what the average 21 year old drives he prefers right hand drive but is happy with his 1985 300d NA EURO and burl wood well that would make his week.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
