116.120 Climate Control:

Just had to say how much this system has pissed me off recently. The servo was bad, as was the amplifier. The only good thing is the new servo is billet aluminum!!! Unfortunately, the servo isn't at all cheap...

The 160 Speedometer I installed out of a V8 116 looks pretty cool, even if 110 is all I can seem to get out of it.

Just had to rant about this climate control. Otherwise, I absolutely love my 116.120. I think it is a great car...Bert

Someone just outbid me on a set of 116 manuals that included the 116 HVAC manual. Too bad it wasn't you.

In all the years I was with MBZ, I don't think I ever saw the 116 HVAC Manual. I would love to have a copy of one...Bert

Try these sites out:

http://handbook.w116.org/matrix6.htm

The above is the facotry manual, from w116.org. The owner of the site is a member here.

http://imperialclub.com/Repair/Lit/Master/281/index.htm

System was also used in the Chrsyler Imperial. Another online manual.
