$8K ball peen hammer

heheh....I just visited my friends in the machine shop....Showed them a loose ball on one of my throttle linkage pieces....I said "yeah I'm just gonna peen the back alittle with my hammer"

They said "hammer?....no no no...come on over here....we just got a orbital riveter"....So 15 minutes later they orbital riveted the little linkage piece....

PS is peen spelled "peen"??

"peen" is the correct spelling. I'd like to see a machine like the one you referenced.

I had the linkage give way under the manifold on an "early" 240D, the biggest problem was getting at it, but I peened on it and that cured the problem ,
