This car seems to be priced very attractively for a low mileage '92 SD. Anybody on the board know anything about it or seen it in person?? I like the style of these but don't need another MB at the moment...if I did I would probably have bought it already. I seem to recall these going for high teens just a few months ago.

Yeah, dealers often get that wrong...it's probably a 3.5, but still, even with the rod bender engine these cars seem to go for more than $12.5K with 100K miles, don't they?

It's a fantastic price for a W140 with that mileage, if it's legit.

But, without two PPI's I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

Even with two PPI's I probably wouldn't roll the dice.

Besides, the W140 is ugly as hell (flame suit on ).
