Blower motor and fan brush sources?

My W116 interior blower motor gave up the ghost tonight in 95 degree temps....oh that was sweet luckily the one on the parts car was good...so I swapped it. Bearings appear good and smooth so I assume its the brushes that wore out.....I wan't to fix this for a future spare. Where can these brushes be purchased.

Sorry for hijacking, but will new brushes solve the problem of having to hit the passenger side kick panel to get the fan to run, or stop the #8 fuse from blowing while on high speed? This is on a W123.
