240 Diesel

I am looking to sell my 240 diesel. It is a pristine car always sheded no frame damage. It is just over 100K on milage. Absolutely no flaws gets close to 30 mpg on highway driving. It has it all no defects or cracks in dash or upholstery or anything. They are a fun car to drive, and I feel very very reliable. My question is in todays market what is a car like this possibly worth.

these cars are gaining populaity, but still have not reached the cult status of aircooled vws or 60s model muscle cars--

this doesnt mean they arent as good or anything like that, just that they are not as valuable or sought after.

the car is most likely worth around 3-4 grand if it is in good shape.

we know that these cars arent used up at 100k, but what about everyone else? theyre used to trading by this time. this both helps and hinders us--we can get the cars we love cheaply, but have to sell them just as cheaply in return...

i put my car on the market and had one person look at it, everyone else thought 2500 was too much for the car--so im keeping it.

itll give me much more than 2500 bux worth of service(mine has 137k) so yeah--

i hate that i cant tell you its worth 7500 bux but...

its really only worth what someone will pay for it.

Yes, These cars are gaining popularity but you have to be a little more specific, what year? manual or automatic? sunroof? color? where are you located? and finally pictures can help a great deal.
One 82 240D, manual, went for $14.1K on ebay recently, it had 47K miles on it.
