I think his is a gasser, I remember the episode where it "died" and was always catching on fire. Then he bought a new truck and it was gas (way too quiet)

I think Hank would prefer a propane powered truck, but the new diesels are "clean burning and efficient" so Hank would like it. Bobby would start making weird diesel noises, making Hank state "that boy ain't right." Peggy wouldn't care and keep on driving her Buick.

Hey now, King of the Hill is one of the greatest TV shows ever made, and certainly the best animated one in my opinion.

I do kind of doubt Hank's mechanical knowledge relating to cars after seeing the episode where he buys Bobby a junker car because he thinks that Bobby is in auto shop class and then tells him to start randomly tightening nuts and bolts under the hood... ...which could be disastrous advice. He seems to be more of a woodworking and propane expert.

Hey, I bet you remember that episode when Homer wrecked his brother's car company when he designed that $82,000 "Homer" car, equipped with the standard LaCucaracha horn was funny. I wonder if it was a diesel?

I watched a few King of the Hill shows and really don't like them.

LOL. Ever since I bought a front fender and 2 rear quarter panels from a guy named Yanko Kranov from Moscow, Idaho, I keep thinking of that episode of the Simpsons where they mention that Homer's car is made of Russian tank parts. Of course, these are rust-free original German body panels from a CA car that had an oil pan rupture in rural Idaho and was scrapped by its owner, but it's a pretty funny coincidence.

You said it BHD....I just didn't watch it at all, then finally nothing else was on that was any good nothing like....Our generation, mid 40's grew up with, Batman at 4p.m., "The Flintstones" around 6:30, then Andy Griffth Show, McHale's Navy, Gomer Pyle, Beverly Hillbillies, Archie Bunker....I guess if you watch "King of the Hill" closely you can see a little of all those shows wrapped up into it.
