Drop the passenger side panel under glove box, remove blower motor, lube bushings with sewing machine oil, spin it, lube at least three times, then reinstall it and test.

I solved my blower motor fuse problem with this thread.... my problem was the AC compressor wires were cut close to the compressor and i did not see it until i did some degreasing today... I capped off the cut wires for now until i redo my compressor and my blower is working great... the previous owner lubed the blower motor with axle lube.... now i need to clean it to get that horrible smell out of the cabin...
