Tyler Texas area?

Odd request for a friend in the Cadillac-LaSalle Club.
Anyone willing or able to help can PM me for direct contact of Jeff Gibson.
Jeff Gibson would be interested enough to spend the money and go down there, if, he could get an outside opinion from a real car enthusiast, IF IT IS AS ADVERTISED..!!
The add is in Hemmings online.

whunter,

I'm about 100 miles away. If fuel weren't so expensive I would cruise down there. I haven't been to Tyler in a while so I would enjoy the trip.

The car sounds nice, but you know how that goes, different people have different ideas about what constitutes a nice car.

Have a great day,

Thumbs up

As I recall 1956 is the last year with the script on the grill, rear mounted AC unit, and Reverse was all the way down on the shifter linkage.

I was VERY close to picking up a '57 Fleetwood a while back. Had OE Sabre rims and had been in the garage since '74

Never any rust

But look at the front left wheel well rear fender behind the tire. Looks like rust to me.

I had not looked at the picture before Dave pointed out the rest. Now that I've looked at the picture, the heck with the car, I want the house.

Have a great day,

You are reading my mind Larry. My wife would die if we could live in a house like that. Espetially if it were surounded w/ about 100 acres of land.

How could you miss the house? It's practically the first thing you see.
