76 300D sidemarker lights

Question for you guys. I have a non functioning sidemarker lights on my 300D. Both sidemarkers worked at one time, now neither one does. All the fuses are ok. One bulb is shot. Are the paralelled so when one bulb breaks both sidemarkers fail?
