Good call - I had to replace the oil cooler lines on my w108, but it wasn't that expensive.

Thanks for the tip! Gave 'em a call. They do offer a pre-purchase inspection in the $150-200 range. Seems cheap compared to getting a lemon.

I was bidding against you on that 84 300d on ebay. Crazy. I bid on it for my uncle. It is the exact car he wanted and it is in the same city he lives in. I'm glad that you found a cool car too.
