How do u change Booster without having to Bleed Master & Brakes?

I have to replace my Brake Booster, but to do so you need to disconnect your Master Cylinder to get space to put the Booster in. In order to do that, you must disconnect your Master Cylinder Brake Lines to get the Master out of the way. In doing that, brake fluid will leak and you will induce air into the Lines and have to bleed the ENTIRE SYSTEM. Looks like a 3 hour job to me! Any shortcuts?

in my experience

on this job little fluid is lost and you can often get by wo bleeding them. but be careful upon start up. a small bubble in the line will not cause too much trouble and will often work its way out on its own.

I don't know of any shortcuts to changing the booster, but I do know that a MityVac hand pump is a lifesaver. I can bleed the entire brake system in about 10 minutes. My wife complained when I bought it. It didn't look like much and cost almost $50. But the first time I used it for bleeding brakes, actually I was replacing all the fluid in the lines, it saved a bunch of time. To me, it's worth it's weight in gold.

depending on how much you trust your lines to flex, leave them connected to the MC and unbolt it from the booster and move it out of the way then just replace the booster and push the MC back in place.

Just did this a few days ago...

Just undid the nuts on the front of the MC and took the clutch res supply line off and plugged them both. Moved the master toward the front and down toward motor. It took a little time but was actually pretty easy. The hardest part is removing the upper left nut on the booster under the dash. Blackhawk angle head geared 13mm wrench fits the bill. We were not about to go through clutch bleed hell so we did it this way. Wouldn't do it any other way.
