Would this be a sin?, changing out the orange carpet in my 300D

Okay, I know it's the original carpet and it's in good condition, but orange? Would it affect the value of my car I took all this orange carpeting out and put in something a little less...ugly? Actually, I guess it's not that bad (for being orange carpet), but seems like it could look a lot nicer if it was a little less citrus.
