vaccume question
someone else that i know that has an 84 300D said they bet me 10$ my benz wont shut off when i turn they key.. the he said id have to turn it off by a button in the engine compartment.. the benz im getting .. the door locks are dead. he said the leak in that system will contribute to it not shutting down . how hard is it to fix this?

Simple...fixed this problem on the wife's car earlier today.

It depends upon where the vacuum leak is and how hard it is to find. Engine may on may not shut off depending where and how bad the vacuum leak is. P E H |

well the owner said they drove it around previously so that means it shuts off and no problem is ever simple for me.. i tend to overcomplicate things
