Well, I had my doubts...but I followed the re-soldering tracks to the edge of the cliff like a good lemming...Let there be "Heat", and of course "De-Frost"!!! I do not remember what the posted "Odds" were that a re-solder job would fix the heater/de-froster control unit, but it was 100% in my case. Got to love this forum, and more importantly all those who give of their time and knowledge. Thank you all. Next up is the cruise control, and then the broken drivers seat springs.
