Soaping the coolant...Can I put it in with the existing mix, or do I need to drain?

Hi, guys.

I'm about go out for a drive, and wanted to put some palmolive in the coolant to prepare it for the citric acid flush.

Can I just put the palmolive in the existing coolant, or do I need to drain it, and fill it with water and then add the palmolive? Is there a reaction that can occur between the Zerex and the soap? Just checking to see if I can skip a step before I go to the citric acid flush.

Thanks,

Pete.

I always put the soap in clean water after draining the old coolant.
