Not a bad deal- parts car? 85 300SD

This car has been for sale for awhile. It's rusty but it's had a bit of money put into it. Perhaps someone could use it? She's only asking $1100 but I bet that could go lower considering how long it's been for sale.

Sounds a little fishy-$3400 into just the SUSPENSION??? A lot of new parts, but sounds like IP trouble(runs1 min & stops)-doesn't sound like it's worth more than $400-500. Why would someone put that kind of money into a rustbucket?

The person selling it doesn't know anything about cars so they probably got taken for a ride on the suspension work.

Happens more often then it should, but It's hard to say. I'd snag it up if it wasn't so far away from me. That's the problem with cheap cars, not worth driving too far to get...
