Thumbs up 603 motor fuel heating lines?

Anyone know what size these preheater lines are (rubber ones) that run from the head to the IP?

I'm going to be replacing most of those lines today and tomorrow (among other things)...

Thanks!

Are you referring to the ones from the fuel thermostat to the IP? They don't run to the head. I seem to recall they are 5/16 in or 7.6 (?) mm.
1/4 in was too tight but I could be wrong.
Fuel hose (made for gas applications) works fine for this.

If you mean fuel return lines they are 3.2 mm and you won't find that at the Pep Boys or Autozone! I have been using 1/8 in. Viton return hoses for that to see how long it lasts. High temp fuel softens the rubber and OE hose material starts weeping after about 10 K miles. The jury is still out on the Viton.

Thumbs up

The pair I speak of runs right in front of the IP around the oil filter.

5/16 rubber lines. I bought Goodyear from Autozone. I didn't forget, I'll try to get you a pic in the next few days.
