1 amp fuse...???

I was checking the fuses on my 80SD and opened one of the wired fuses to my suprise there was no fuse inside There are two of these wired fuses inside the fuse box... The one missing the fuse has one red wire coming out one end and one red/yellow wire coming out the other end.

I looked in my 79SD fuse box and it had a small 1 amp fuse inside... it reads
1A/250V. What does this operate? I have a few electric issues and want to see if this is a culprit....

Thanks!

That sounds like someone put the wrong fuse in there
1A/250V that sounds like a fuse for appliances

Pics would definetly help in this. The width of the metal strip in the glass tube is the importaint part, not so much the lenght (but thats still helpfull)
