Sunroof help; clutch adjustment...

I am told I may not need a new gear in the sunroof transmission box.
Before I get one I should try to adjust the clutch in the transmission box.
Supposedly there is an adjustment nut on the box. I have an 85 300D; but I cannot find this adjustment nut.
Does anyone have a pic or details of where this nut is located, or how to do this?

I have cleaned and regreased the track, cable tube and cable so far...
Thanks, AA

It's been a while, but I think it's the last nut that goes on and holds it all together. If it's too tight, it will not budge. If it's too loose, it will just slip and spin.

You have to take it off of the trunk support frame. (Under the gray plastic knob.)

Thanks 83; Not sure what you mean by the "last nut" that goes on ....The are 3 bolts that hold the box together, and 2 that secure it to the frame of the car; and 1 that has a plastic cover over it, but that is the manual bolt that you turn if the motet isn't working.
Do you know if the adjusting nut is any of these?

It's under that plastic turning knob...
It should just pull off.

Don't forget to bend the little lock out of the way.

When I replaced my motor, the new one came with pegs that fit through the three holes in the support. I had to strap it on with some zip ties. (See pic.) Eventually, I will drill and tap those pegs. If not tap, then epoxy some nuts onto it so that I can bolt it onto the support again.
