Water pump is directly behind the fan. The fan is actically mounted to the pump.

woo hoo!

i finally found someone who had all the parts i needed and was very reasonable. loserstench hooked me up w the parts and now i can finally start piecing her back together! ill post some pics when completed.

if i remove the entire, non-functional, AC unit pieces (ie condensor, hoses and such) will that have any affect on my heater or will my climate control unit still work but just not blow cold air (not that it did to begin with).

no problem

with disabling the ac. are you getting a hood? they are about impossible to straighten.

i had one that i straightened out that was much worse than that. i had to replace one fender too. all those pieces that go on the front will pretty will cover all the inner dented parts. just pay attention to the alignment and you will be ok. it will help to have a straight one to look at to get all the distances right so that the hood latches etc.

good work so far.

Make sure the engine is straight, since the fan hit the radiator the engine may have been pushed back. Also get a new fan clutch. There should be enough clearance between the fan clutch bracket bolts and the fan clutch bolts (to the fanblade). If not (overlapping--look from directly above) then replace...

Don't ask how.
