Note to self: Silicone is hard to get off your lips

I was fixing the door lock diaphragm on my sd with some silcon gasket material. I clamped it up to dry and tried to see if it was airtight by blowing on the vacuum tube and I got a fatty gob of it covering my lips. It took a good twenty minutes to scrape that crap off (along with some large portions of lip). Won't do that again...

With a title like "Silicone is hard to get off your lips", you'll probably have a lot of eager teenagers (and older guys from what I've seen here at this forum) clicking on this thread, only to be disenchanted that it's about gaskets and door locks.

I'm a teen (for a few more months anyways...) and I thought "oh no, he got a sealant or gasket material on his lips" when I saw the title of the thread. I know all too well how that stuff is, it repaired my lower turbo drain tube flawlessly! And the stuff I used is neon orange, great for detecting leaks! (of which there are none, and its been about 4 months)

I'm sure there are several tasteless jokes, but so far I've managed to restrain myself.
