Can I replace the fuel filler neck
 1992 300D The fuel filler neck where the cap attaches isnt sealing due to weight of fuel pump handle damaging filler neck opening. I have tried to adjust and no luck. I have replaced the cap and I have been told that I need a new tank because this is all one piece.... Please tell me that I can buy a kit and cut the filler neck and replace... Thanks Wayne
