injection pump presure adjustment.

hei,

can any one describe to me the process of increasing the presure on the injection pump so to better deal with WVO.
also where in the system would you add a 12v circulation pump to circulate the coolant during pre heat?
thanks for the help....

As far as i know the peak output pressure of an injection is fixed not adjustable.the injection timing can be adjusted.optimizing the injection timing will give peak pressure at whatever degree of crank rotation you choose.my guess is wvo will require more advanced timing but we will have to let the "greasers" chime in

unless you have the equipment to check what you've done, messing with the injection pump innards would be like putting your Puuka in a polar bear - not wise. The pressure to inject can be raised with shims in the injectors if it's like the injectors on the 617. But best to wait until warmer and brighter weather, as they should be tested to be balanced as a set. Use what works in the cold and dark, then get this done in Helsinki when you head down there for Vaapu.
