No blowby...

I was just reading up on blowby and have a question. I placed an index card on top of my oil filler hole and when the engine is reved up, the card is actually suctioned down. At idle it bounces around (I presume because hte engine bounces so much, new mounts?) I think this means something good, or is it just normal?
