curious ebay item
I was looking at this item and decided to look up the VIN on benzworld and it shows its a gas engine when this one is clearly a diesel. Is this just another rip off or just a mistake

Could be a wrong letter on the VIN or transposed digit.
Nice SD, mine shall look like that again! AND I'm so glad I put in the °F display instead of the °C one.

Yeah I thought it looked pretty nice just didn't know if a seller would use a VIN that isnt accurate to hide something.

I carfaxed my 240 before I bought it and it was listed as a gas engine.
Obviously it is not, and never was a gasser. Also, when I had the car serviced at a garage, once, an employee there mentioned the same thing when he looked up the records.
