New Diesel And Fuel System
We will be going to the low sulfur (15ppm) diesel fuel soon. I read some of the fact sheets put out by the gas companies (see example below), and they are not certain what impact this may have on the fuel system elastomers (e.g O-rings, etc). I know that the change over in California earlier caused many fuel pumps to leak and fail. I do not want to rebuilt my IP. Are there ways to prevent this? I'm just concern. If this was discussed earlier, I would like to be directed to the discussion site. Thanks.

Yes use a good injector pump lubricant like the Lubro Moly high test.
