been clean under the hood, tracking down oil leaks (most seem to be coming from the valve cover gasket) and have the air cleaner off now....did the banjo bolt clean up (mine was clear, I was actually hoping it would be crudded up!).

What else can I do on this side of the engine while it's open and easy to get at??

Oh, at the front of the engine, passenger side, their is a vaccum "dash Pot" that has two line coming out of the top....the lines are very loosely attached...shouldn't they be pretty tightly fitted?

Also got a ripped rubber hose beside the battery....I think that is a drain pipe to move water off the top of the hood..correct?

The hood pad is just like toast, got about 2 pounds of it in my hair...it has got to go!
