Pretty good shape, but the first thing that comes to mind when I see that is Suzuki Samurai. You know there are mint condition 500Es out there that can be had for that kinda dough.
It's a very nice vehicle however.

Yea those vehicles are pretty cool, but WAY overpriced in my opinion.
