I saw this today on Craigs List. If I already didn't have 3 and ran out of places to work on them (Thanks Brandon ) I would add that to my collection. Title work and hassle just might be worth it if she runs good and there isn't any rust hanging out in there.

That no title thing is a big time deal killer. I will never never touch a vehicle without a clear title again. You cannot imagine the problems a no title vehicle can cause you.
