Yes im heating the wvo, it has a copper heater wrapped around the metal spin-on filter and it has a heat exchange. Both which i burnt my hand on. and when the car was breaking down and i popped the hood one of the things i checked was if the fuel was gelling but the heaters were hot! i have the burn marks to prove it

But ive wasted all of the fuel and poured in half a tank of biodiesel and ive swapped the filters one last time. This is biodiesel was bought from bay area biofuel so its made properly. Ive also put in 2oz of PS diesel kleen the white bottle anti-gel just incase.

drain the tank and check the strainer
The tank strainer is what came to mind first.
