'Lazy' Runaway diesel?
 

My 300D 'ran away' several times tonight. It didn't race, it just kept idling. I pressed the big 'stop' linkage under the hood to its limit, it slowed it down but didn't kill it. Also, the first half of the accelerator pedal travel does nothing whatsoever. I think the problem is that the throttle linkage is way out of whack. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
