urgent attention needed please

ok i thought i solved my massive fuel leak.. ie all my return fuel not going back into the system but onto my driveway or road..

well i removed the line after i ran the car and it just poured out and it has a crack and its leaking from that.. i can either cut it and hope it still reaches or use some fuel return line that goes back to the filter since it looks like i have some extra slack to use..

so what to do i need to go to work in 30 mins

if you have slack, just trim the end since that is where they tend to crack and leak. if you don't have enough slack you will either need to find some hose that will work in a pinch or a ride to work.

The handy mans fix all---Duct Tape:D :D
Seriously pull the culprit hose off and tape it up with duct tape untill you can get another fuel return line. I wouldn't leave it on there for too long though.

what size hose is it.. in american not metric.. i cut some slack off the longest return line.. and its holding.. for now.. but i need to go to autozone tomorrow and get what ever i can .. they have high pressure fuel injection line which will hold up i think. 5$ a foot.

so what size in american units do you think it will be?

I tried Autozone

They won't have what you need. I had to put some vacuum hose from them on in an emergency, then order what you need from Phil. The vacuum hose will hold for a week or two.
Good luck!

Take the piece you cut off to see if you can match it to something. As stated above, I doubt you'll find what you need at Autozone..... worth a shot though.
