AutoTrader killing my diesel search!
Dang it.
Two weeks ago I was able to search the used diesels going back to 1984 or 85, tonight I can't look any older than 1993. There used to be pages of cars to sort through while window shopping and now I can't hunt an SDL via autotrader.com  Oh well, there are more than one way to skin a cat.

wvofuels.com has a page that posts all the hits for diesel mercedes/vw on craigslist.org and ebay.. i like it just searching is endless

Maybe I'll try by model only, leaving the year blank. Searching by the collector car link in a pain as all you can do is search by year now, no longer able to parse the serach by using keyword "diesel".

What are you talking about? I can forage through model listings dating back to vintage '81?!
I just did. There is a silver 300SD with 205,000 miles dating 1981 right now. Only thing I enter prior to is my zipcode.

I just went back in and now can pull models back to '81 again. Must have been some sort of internet time warp! Earlier I couldn't search older than 1993.
Somebody hum the Twilight Zone theme, please.
