Is there a gasket between the exhast down pipe and the turbo outlet? I have to replace my downpipe and know there is a ring between the down pipe and exhasut pipe, but I don't see a part listed for the down pipe - turbo outlet.

There is no gasket between the downpipe and the turbo outlet. The top of the downpipe is expanded and fits over the beveled nose of the turbo outlet. The downpipe has a three bolt flange that is part of the downpipe and it secures the downpipe to the turbo outlet with three copper nuts and washers.
