I'll have to think a bit more on how you did everything but you say the return lines from the injectors return to your diesel tank no matter which fuel is going through them? If this is so you will want to change it some time soon. You will be very surprised at how much fuel comes back through those lines. Take the line off and watch it fill up a cup. It will not take ver long at all.
I can see two problems. 1: You will have enourmous amounts of WVO in your diesel tank (not such a big deal in summer) 2: It might not take to long to overflow a tank that is already full. Again I may have read or interpreted that wrong but just in case. I like your set upbesides that last part though.

injector return lin
I suggest just running the injector return line into the veggie return line and plug the extra port on the banjo bolt.
- there is nothing wrong with a little diesel mixed into the veggie, it helps it burn and flow better - the amount would be very small because the system is usually on veggie and spends very little time on diesel |

I recommend scrapping the pollack valve and going with something different. I like either the Frybrid valves or the greasecar valves. The pollacks are known to go bad after a while when they are under heat. I have some fribrid valves in my car that work excellent. Good Luck with the system. It is pretty neat to run on veggie.
