Pop Pressure

I bought a set of Turbo OM617 injectors on eBay; when I got them they have 115 bar stamped on the side. A quick perusal of my manual shows the turbo injectors should pop at 135-143 bar, so I guess I was sold a set of NA injectors.

If I send them to the injector shop and they adjust them to pop at 135 bar, will they still work ok? Are there any internal/external differences between the turbo and the NA injectors? Should I chalk this up to experience?

AFAIK, the n/a injectors will work just fine if you have them recalibrated to 135 bar.

But, I'd prefer someone who had actually done it to comment.

It's very possible that the seller just used 115bar stamped injectors but calibrated it to 135. I'd have it pop tested anyway to be sure it's right before you run them.

The OM616 turbo sold here comes with N/A injectors callibrated to 135bar and they run fine without any issues.
