vibration in lines when primeing

when i use the primer on my 1980 300D i can feel some vibration in only two metal fuel lines. it seems like only 2 of them are getting primed. is this how it is supposed to be?

Priming the system does not prime the lines or injectors. You are only priming the fuel filters and rubber lines. The metal lines and injectors only get pressure when the injection pump is operating. After priming the filters then starting the car is the only way to get fuel to the lines and injectors.
